Join us for an immersive and playful journey into the world of Old MacDonald’s Farm. This sweet original show is built specifically to engage children ages 0-6 with a sensory friendly first experience with live theatre, where they can use all their senses while they join our actors to sing, dance and interact with our live size puppet animals.
The experience starts when you walk in the door!
What to expect?
A friendly greeting as you enter the Creativity Theatre! (The entrance is at the rounded part of the building to the left of the main entrance to the Children’s Creativity Museum). You will get a sticker to wear so we know you have been checked in, enabling you to come and go, exploring the playground outside, taking a spin on the carousel, or just getting some wiggles out if your little one needs it.
Art and Books! We always have a show related craft at our little tables where your kiddos can create a prop to use in the show. You can also explore our library of books for story time before settling in to the theatre.
You are a part of the show! On Old MacDonald’s Farm, you will be sitting on stage, so you and your little one can easily interact with our puppets, actors and set. Most of our seating will be on cushioned mats on the floor, but we do have regular seats available for those who need them. All our performances are ADA accessible.
Meet the Cast! You and your kiddos will get the chance to meet all our actors and take a family photo at every performance. It’s a great way to capture the memories you made!
This show will also feature music that you can sing at home with your little ones. “The Itsy Bitsy Spider”, “Old MacDonald” and more will take on a new life in your home after seeing this show.
Seating is limited to 40 guests per performance.
No intermission. Experience is 40 minutes.
Children under the age of 1 are FREE. Please make sure to select the appropriate ticket at checkout.
