Save the Date! Spring of 2026

We will work together to put on a show, rehearsing together as a team to tell our story with song, dance, acting and creativity.  Every actor who enrolls will be cast in the show! We will also incorporate elements of stage craft with creating a prop and part of our set! At PLAY Theatre Company, we think theatre should be fun and theatre is for everyone. No matter what your ability or experience, we invite you to join us and experience “PLAY”.

About the Show…

It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance.  Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.

Once upon a time, in a far away swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek.  One day, Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits who have been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wisecracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he's handed a task — if he rescues feisty princess Fiona, his swamp will be righted. Shrek tries to win Fiona’s love and vanquish Lord Farquaad, but a fairytale wouldn't be complete without a few twists and turns along the way.

DATES COMING SOON!

We offer complimentary pick up for students at Tam Valley Elementary at 3:10pm and walk students over to the Community Center.  Parents may also drop off directly at the Tam Valley Community Center.  Pick up is at the Tam Valley Community Center at 5pm.

Cost: $575

Deposit of $150 and payment plan available! Full tuition is due by the first day of class.
