How to exchange your tickets
Watch this short tutorial and learn how to exchange your tickets!
How It Works

Using your ticket confirmation email or our ticket site, go to Virtual Box Office. Click the ‘profile’ icon in the top right corner. Create an account or log-in.

Once logged in, click on your profile icon and go to your account. Here you will see your purchase history.

Select the tickets you would like to exchange.

Select the new date and time you would like to exchange your tickets for.

Now you will see your old tickets and your new tickets. Click checkout and the exchange will be complete.
